Thomas is our Repairs Administrator. He graduated from Gannon University in 2017 and spent the past few years working in the finance industry before switching to this position where he can help people in a more hands-on way. In terms of handymen service but he’s done plenty around the house and on service trips throughout high school and college.
Being the Repairs Administrator he works with owners and tenants to handle their repair and maintenance needs. Thomas also works with vendors to coordinate those services. Thomas always brings a positive attitude and a desire to get things done.
Overall, Thomas’s goal is to help streamline EBG’s repairs process, as well as the lines of communication regarding repair and maintenance work. With each client his goal is to simply address their needs as quickly and completely as possible.
